EMPLOYEE RESOURCE NETWORKS

To create greater cultural diversity awareness, support diversity in the workplace, and provide a vehicle for employees to network, Wachovia has established several Employee Resource Networks (ERN).

ERNs serve the needs of diverse constituencies across the Wachovia footprint, foster strong cross-network collaboration and deliver value to the business. ERN members network and access developmental leadership opportunities through participation in ERN activities. ERN activities include educational programs and activities, establishing visibility for the identity group, serving as a business resource to the company and promoting career development.
