WACHOVIA CHAMPIONSHIP

Many of the world's best golfers will compete in the Wachovia Championship, April 27 through May 03, 2009 at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As with last year's tournament, the majority of the proceeds from the 2009 Wachovia Championship will benefit Teach For America, the national corps of outstanding recent college graduates of all academic majors who commit two years to teach in urban and rural public schools and become lifelong leaders in the effort to eliminate educational inequities. Since 1990, nearly 19,000 exceptional individuals have joined Teach For America, directly impacting the lives of more than 2.5 million students.
