About the DVD

The Introduction to Neighborhood Planning DVD is a user-friendly tool to use if you are considering a neighborhood planning effort to improve the quality of life for your neighborhood. The DVD includes steps to consider as well as a first-hand testimonial from Demetrica Todd-Hunter of the Tri-County Community Action Partnership, who worked closely with residents to create a neighborhood plan for the Southeast Gateway neighborhood in New Jersey.
