Wachovia Earns Outstanding CRA Rating Rating reflects company's commitment to supporting low- and moderate-income communities CHARLOTTE, NC—Wachovia has earned an "Outstanding" Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) rating, the highest possible, from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
