| 1. | Open a Wachovia Dinero Directo account in a participating Wachovia Financial Center, and deposit up to $1,000. The card will be mailed to you in 7 to 10 business days. | | 2. | Send the card to a relative or friend in Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean or Spain. | | 3. | Have the recipient contact you to confirm receipt of the card. | | 4. | Activate the card and receive a PIN.
