Who can use the Wachovia Dinero Directo card?
The card can only be used by the person you designate as the card recipient. This person must be at least 18 years of age.
When am I going to receive my card?
You, the sender, will receive the Wachovia Dinero Directo card within 7 to 10 business days. You can then send it to a relative or friend in Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean or Spain.*
How can I add funds to the account?
You can reload funds by calling (877) 473-1854 and selecting option 1, or by visiting a participating Wachovia Financial Center.
What happens if my Wachovia Dinero Directo card is lost or stolen?
Immediately report a lost or stolen card by calling our 24-hour, support line at (877) 473-1854.
