Bad Check Recovery is available at no charge to any Wachovia business checking account holder with access to Wachovia Business Online. No additional software or equipment is required.  

To enroll in Wachovia's Bad Check Recovery Service:

1. Log in to Wachovia Business Online at wachovia.com.
2. Click the Manage Bad Checks link on the right side of the "Summary of Accounts" page and follow the enrollment instructions.
